Return & Refund Policy

Thank you for choosing Tatak Pinoy Buwad and Filipino Essentials! We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Please review our return and refund policy below for eligible items:

1. Eligibility for Returns

   • Returns are accepted only for our PILIPINAS Apparel clothing line and must be initiated within 14 days of receiving your order.

   • Perishable products, including buwad, dried mangoes, and other Filipino essentials, are not eligible for returns or refunds.

2. Return Process

   • If you would like to return an item, please contact us within the 14-day return window.

   • Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance to ensure the safe return of your items.

3. Restocking Fee

   • A 30% restocking fee will be applied to all returned items from the PILIPINAS Apparel collection. This fee will be deducted from the final refund amount.

4. Condition of Returned Items

   • All returned items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging with tags attached. Items that do not meet these criteria may not be eligible for a refund.

5. Refunds

   • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days, and the credit will be automatically applied to your original payment method.
